PAST CHARTER CLIENTS Rate and Review their experience with Charter Providers and Yachts. YCA verifies these reviews and, if authentic, publishes them in the Yacht Charter Manifest.

The Yacht Charter Manifest SCORECARD represents the PERCEPTION of Service Quality and Yacht Condition of past Charter Clients. Client perceptions are based on pre-charter EXPECTATIONS set by the Charter Providers. This +/- gap between expectations and perceptions is the basis for YCA's SAILOR SATISFACTION potential - if the company/yacht has a history of poor service/maintenance then without proof of improvements (recent reviews) they're expected to remain in poor shape and we won't recommend them.

Charter Providers, like all professionals, manage their Online Reputation in four parts; content, platforms, SEO and strategy.

YCA offers Charter Professionals every opportunity to manage their online reputation on our site. We collaborate (notify, listen, make judgments, etc) with Charter Professionals on content and the activity on our site improves their SEO ranking regardless of their overall rating.
